The empowerment of women.
By empowering women, the organization acknowledges that communities can recover and flourish, allowing women to take charge of their lives, make decisions, and fully engage in society, the economy, and decision-making processes without facing discrimination or gender-based restrictions. To start their own business, farming program, soap-making, etc., the organization provides micro-finance (small loans). helps women because it breaks the cycle of poverty on a global scale, enables them to launch small businesses, sell them in the marketplace, and helps them become self-sufficient. Since CEJDU has a small budget, your contribution will enable us to reach more women.

Healthcare.
Physical therapist, diagnose clients and come up with a treatment plan to alleviate their pain/discomfort and increase their comfortabilities. Provide services to over 40 patients with diverse therapeutic needs. Instructed and guided, demonstrated, administered physical exercises. Sustainable and ecological.
In addition to campaigns on environmental issues, deforestation, and ocean pollution, CEJDU Asbl plays a crucial role in promoting sustainability by promoting environmental protection, increasing public awareness of problems like pollution and climate change, and advancing sustainable practices through research, education, and policy influence.The second largest lake in the world, lake Tanganyika's rising waters and causing a serious humanitarian crisis in South Kivu's city of Uvira. With more than 35,000 people displaced and over 4,000 homes submerged, the flooding has caused extensive damage, CEJDU organization works with activists, national politicians, policymakers, and individuals to protect and strengthen laws for the benefit of people and a healthy planet.

Assistance for Education.
In contrast to the US and Europe all children and adults must pay school fees in order to attend school in Congo. The main cause of children not receiving an education beyond a few grades is a lack of funds for school fees. Most women are illiterate as a result of families typically prioritizing boys' education over girls'. Our limited budget prevents us from reaching more girls, but your donation will help us reach more. The organization offers vocational training schools for young people, primarily girls, and pays teachers a small stipend to teach basic literacy computer skills and the cost of operation center...

Livestock and Agriculture.
In Congo, one in three people, or 27 million people, live in food insecurity, according to a 2023 report released by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Food Program (WFP). Our agronomists train farmers to increase their harvests, and we provide seeds to farmers to support food security in households and enhance the local economy in villages. Additionally, they receive training in a variety of subjects, including climate-resilient farming methods, ecological agriculture, and food crop management. We give vulnerable households goat, pig, and rabbit breeders.

Protection of children
We stand up for and safeguard children who are at risk due to the consequences of war and other types of violence. The Uvira Health Center's child protection and prevention project. Tomorrow's children are its future. Let's honor their obligations and rights. Over 75 children receive school supplies from CEJDU, and on Tuesdays and Fridays they visit our organization center to use the computer lab, drink porridge, and eat bread. By providing them with education and opportunities, such as free computer use, CEJDU keeps these young people from joining arm groups.
